To use the instrument, you must install the flash plugin
How to use this module:
Pick a scale by clicking a letter above the keyboard. The default is A but you can choose any of the 11 major scales and the red circles will automatically update. All you then have to do is follow the number sequence from one to eight and then back down from eight to one. If you repeat a scale two or three times, your ear will eventually be able to recognize the steps that the numbers will no longer be necessary.
For extra practice, play 1 – 3 – 5 – 8 – 5 – 3 – 1 (this will come in handy when you learn chords and inversions)
